Il n'y a pas de cultures, de langues ou de traditions en Europe plus anciennes que celles du peuple Basque. M\u00eame les Romains n'ont pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 coloniser ces terres hostiles. Il y a quelque chose d'essentiel dans ces paysages et dans ce peuple, qui les rend \u00e0 la fois uniques et universels. Il y a tellement de visages \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir dans Euskal Herria\u00bb qu'il est presque impossible de tout saisir.<\/span><\/p>

La tradition culinaire est non seulement omnipr\u00e9sente, mais elle a acquis un niveau si exceptionnel que la r\u00e9gion accueille aujourd'hui le plus grand nombre de restaurants \u00e9toil\u00e9s Michelin au monde (elle est parfois cit\u00e9e comme \u00abla voie lact\u00e9e\u00bb pour cette raison). Le Pays Basque abrite \u00e9galement l'une des meilleures r\u00e9gions viticoles du monde: la Rioja Alavesa se trouve \u00e9galement au Pays basque. De plus, certains des meilleurs sculpteurs contemporains ont \u00e9merg\u00e9 des villes industrielles telles que Bilbao, qui, et ce n'est pas un hasard, accueille le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre mus\u00e9e d\u2019art contemporain Guggenheim.<\/span><\/p>

La visite que nous avons con\u00e7ue vous permettra de conna\u00eetre certaines de ces personnes extraordinaires qui fa\u00e7onnent, chantent, peignent et cultivent ces terres et ces mers. Nous entrerons dans leurs maisons ou ateliers, monterons leurs chevaux, marcherons sur leurs sentiers et naviguerons dans leurs bateaux.
