Die Geschichte des Priorat ist absolut faszinierend. Heute ist es bekannt daf\u00fcr, die besten und teuersten kr\u00e4ftigen mineralischen Weine der Welt zu produzieren. Noch vor 30 Jahren h\u00e4tte niemand auch nur einen Pfenning daf\u00fcr gegeben, dieses abgeschiedene, trockene und schwierige Land zu kultivieren. In den sp\u00e4ten 80ern kamen jedoch f\u00fcnf junge \u201eHippies\u201c hierher, ihrem Traum folgend, den besten Wein Spaniens zu produzieren. Sie begannen buchst\u00e4blich von Grund auf, mit nichts in der Tasche au\u00dfer ihrer Entschlossenheit. So fingen sie also an Wein anzubauen und produzieren heute diejenigen Topweine, die man in den noblen Weinl\u00e4den von Camden, oder in Drei-Sterne-Restaurants in Shanghai findet.<\/span><\/p>
